Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

Game Day Autopilot is run by Panicci Ventures, owned by Sammy Panice in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect from the bars that use the service, why we collect it, where it lives, and how you get it deleted. We wrote it to be read by a bar owner, not a lawyer. If anything is unclear, email sammy@panicciventures.com and you will get a straight answer.

Who this covers

This policy covers the website at gamedayautopilot.com, the sign-up form, the Instagram connection, the frames we publish to your account, the weekly report and the emails we send you. It applies to the bar as a business and to the person who signs up on the bar's behalf.

What we collect

When you sign up

The sign-up form asks for:

• Bar name, contact name, email address and phone number
• Street address, which we geocode to latitude and longitude so we can run the 1-mile exclusivity check
• Instagram handle and website
• The teams you want covered, your brand colors and logo, and the text of your specials

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches our systems. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID so we can tell whether your subscription is active. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how Stripe handles your card details.

When you connect Instagram

You connect your Instagram professional account through the Instagram API with Instagram Login. When you do, Instagram gives us your Instagram user ID, your username and a long-lived access token. We store all three. The access token is stored encrypted in Supabase Vault and is used for exactly two things: publishing stories to your own account, and checking that the stories we published actually landed. We refresh the token before it expires so posting does not stop.

Published stories

Every time we publish a story we record the image URL, the timestamp and the Instagram media ID. We keep these records so the weekly report is accurate and so we can honor the guarantee if a game is ever missed.

Story reach

For the weekly report we read the reach of the stories we published. That is the only insight we read.

Google Business Profile (optional)

If you choose to add sammy@panicciventures.com as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, we use that access only to publish game-day posts to your profile. We do not change your hours, your categories, your photos or anything else. You can remove the Manager role at any time from your Google Business Profile settings.

Website visits

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not share visitor data with ad networks.

What we do not do

• We do not read your DMs.
• We do not read your follower list.
• We do not read any insights beyond story reach for the weekly report.
• We never post anything to your account other than the sports frames and specials frames described in the Terms of Service.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use your information

• To publish schedule, game-day, live score, final score and specials frames to your Instagram account
• To verify that each published story landed
• To run the 1-mile exclusivity check when a new bar signs up
• To bill you through Stripe and manage your subscription
• To send you onboarding emails, the weekly report and service notices
• To honor the 30-day guarantee
• To answer your questions and support requests

Where your data lives and who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers. Each one handles only what it needs to do its job.

• Supabase hosts our database (Postgres) in the United States. Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault.
• Stripe handles payments and stores your card details.
• Resend delivers our emails to you.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Meta (Instagram) receives the frames we publish and the API calls needed to publish and verify them.
• Google, only if you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile.

Game data comes from public league feeds (NHL, ESPN and MLB). We send nothing about you or your bar to those feeds. We only read scores and schedules from them.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers above, when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the safety of the service and the people who use it.

How long we keep it

• Account data (bar details, contact details, address and coordinates, brand assets, specials, published story records) is kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends. Then it is deleted.
• Instagram access tokens are deleted within 7 days after your subscription ends, or sooner if you ask.
• Stripe records follow Stripe's retention rules, which include what payment processors are required to keep for financial reporting.

Deleting your data

You can get your Instagram data and access token deleted at any time, in either of two ways:

1. Email sammy@panicciventures.com with the subject line "Delete my data", from the email address you signed up with.
2. Disconnect Game Day Autopilot from inside Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and Websites. That revokes the token on Instagram's side.

Either way, we delete the token and your Instagram data within 7 days and confirm by email. Full step-by-step instructions are on the Data Deletion Instructions page.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest in Supabase Vault. Traffic between your browser, our site and our providers is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your data we will tell you by email as quickly as we can.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about your bar, to correct it, or to delete it. Email sammy@panicciventures.com. We answer within a few business days and never charge for it.

Children

Game Day Autopilot is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
